Encounters with Diversities

Darko Radović is a professor of architecture and urbanism at the Keio University in Japan and one of the founders of the international Keio institute for architecture and urbanism, together with Kazuyo Sejima and Hiroto Kobayashi. He earned his diploma and PhD degree in architecture and urbanism at the University of Belgrade and started his professional career at the Belgrade Centre for urban development planning (CEP). He pursued his career in Australia and in Japan, where he currently runs the co+labo radović research laboratory, which focuses on the topics of sustainable development and research of different spatial scales at the intersection of architecture and urbanism. Among other topics, we spoke to Darko Radović about his formative years and models of action in different cultural contexts.
